Well, let's be honest here, no one really knew what Synchrocord was about before it was translated, and even after translation it's still pretty cryptic and weird. If anything, the translation helped us normal people decipher the otherwise incomprehensible.
The reason doujins like this aren't translated, on the other hand, is that they are written by no-name mangakas without a significant fanbase, and thus a low demand for translations.
Keep in mind that there are few dedicated translators like AT-kun and desudesu around (and, as AT pointed out, desudesu does commissions for cold hard cash), and as such, the demand associated with more popular and well known works (such as the works of TNT or the aforementioned Synchrocord) take priority.
Wait long and hard, or do what I'm doing and try to learn moonrunes.
But for gods' sakes, please don't complain, or AT might stop translating, and Nem will stop funding desu.

Actually, you would have better luck at telling me to stop teh lurking here than me stop translating; like I said I do it mostly for fun and my own selfish pleasure.
If some people get a good time r enjoy it as a by product, then... cool I guess.

Indeed True, sentiments vary for each person, the reason I contribute as I see it, is to give back to those before me for their own effors and hopefully for someone else to pick up on that sentiment and do the same for those before him or her, thus spuring the great collective that resides here, if everyone that comes here could contribute with only one thing whatever it might be, this place would have a never ending source of entertainment, although it's already close to that and above many other places, and that's only with the dedicated members around here.

In the end, even if I commission sordid doujins, and scan crappy ploted doujins, or ramble on and on, it's still just for fun, and a selfish pleasure like AT-kun mentioned, at least for those fortunate enough to have the means to contribute, people are not obliged to of course, but don't forget to at least be fair to those who contribute with something you may, or may not like. That Misato looks surprisingly hot, as does Rei. And Gendo looks appropriately badass.

Bleeping out copyrighted terms is common practice in Japanese media. Anno's own "Love & Pop" did the same thing when mentioning Captain Eo and Disney World.

Another example would be Hayate: Combat Butler. Since every word coming out of anyone's mouths is usually a parody, there's around 10 bleeped out words per episode.

Alright then; this was utterly hilarious, what with kinky perpetually turned on futa-Misato and kinky sex-crazed Ritsuko, but I keep feeling that it could have used a better balance between their sex scene, the humorous bits, and the bizarrely choreographed A/S sex ...*thing*.
It felt like they started on a high note, but by the end were rushing to complete this and couldn't put enough pages out, or something, what with the humor section being nice and long, and then both sex scenes being brief and grievously lacking. But whatever, it's still TnT, and therefore still awesome.

Again, fanwork. not canon. Also, a counterpoint would be all those other artists and circles like Kimigabuchi, Monkeys Taste, Kohakutei, TnT, Katsudon, Pengel, Peppy Angel and countless others who clearly depict Shinji as a boy.
Normally, putting a male in women's clothings is mainly done for the possible lulz situation (like Cloud in FFVII)

Again, it depends on the social standing; while here it's frown upon, in Japan the reason why the main lead is sometimes put in Shota-esque or incest-esque situations it's more for lulz (Keitaro Urashima, for instance, is the main proponent in this thesis.)
Trans-gendered Characters are not really there for anything more than an added humiliation; this came into mainstream thanks to one of Dark Stalker's Dimitri Maxximof's "S" Moves
