No one in here can feel as much gratitute for this translation as I do(except maybe perhaps the author himself),
I still remember those sleepless nights carefully separating the pages from the cover,
removing the glue off the end with a blowdryer and burning the hell out of my fingers,
and not to mention the bamd callouses I got from using the mouse to crop and edit the damn pages to near 90 degree corners.

Well, let's be honest here, no one really knew what Synchrocord was about before it was translated, and even after translation it's still pretty cryptic and weird. If anything, the translation helped us normal people decipher the otherwise incomprehensible.
The reason doujins like this aren't translated, on the other hand, is that they are written by no-name mangakas without a significant fanbase, and thus a low demand for translations.
Keep in mind that there are few dedicated translators like AT-kun and desudesu around (and, as AT pointed out, desudesu does commissions for cold hard cash), and as such, the demand associated with more popular and well known works (such as the works of TNT or the aforementioned Synchrocord) take priority.
Wait long and hard, or do what I'm doing and try to learn moonrunes.
But for gods' sakes, please don't complain, or AT might stop translating, and Nem will stop funding desu.

Actually, you would have better luck at telling me to stop teh lurking here than me stop translating; like I said I do it mostly for fun and my own selfish pleasure.
If some people get a good time r enjoy it as a by product, then... cool I guess.

Indeed True, sentiments vary for each person, the reason I contribute as I see it, is to give back to those before me for their own effors and hopefully for someone else to pick up on that sentiment and do the same for those before him or her, thus spuring the great collective that resides here, if everyone that comes here could contribute with only one thing whatever it might be, this place would have a never ending source of entertainment, although it's already close to that and above many other places, and that's only with the dedicated members around here.

Well, not completely love, but I got the scenes where you give her the ID card and open the entry plug after the ramiel battle, so she had more feelings for me than Shinji. Just feed her the food that raises love and lowers fatigue, and buy the items that raise her social stats. It's not that hard.

That Misato looks surprisingly hot, as does Rei. And Gendo looks appropriately badass.

But that Shinji just ruins the whole thing. No matter how NEET/Asian/Geeky you are, there's no way you can think a porky 40 year old man can be a good Shinji. Even if they already had the only not porky otaku already cast as Gendo.

Bleeping out copyrighted terms is common practice in Japanese media. Anno's own "Love & Pop" did the same thing when mentioning Captain Eo and Disney World.

Another example would be Hayate: Combat Butler. Since every word coming out of anyone's mouths is usually a parody, there's around 10 bleeped out words per episode.
